SafeZone accepts MP4, MOV, and M4V files. For the broadest device compatibility, we recommend exporting your videos as H.264 MP4. H.265 (HEVC) is supported on Safari and iOS but not on Android Chrome.
This is a codec issue. Android Chrome cannot decode H.265 (HEVC) videos natively. Modern phone cameras often record in HEVC to save storage. If your video appears black, re-export it as H.264 MP4 using a video editor or converter and try again.
